About Us
We Solve the Governance Problem in AI Automation
Organizations want to automate complex workflows with AI. But they can't-not because the technology doesn't exist, but because the governance doesn't.
Your security team won't deploy AI that can be manipulated by untrusted inputs. Your compliance team won't allow AI to process data without built-in restrictions. Your business stakeholders won't automate processes where external parties have no visibility or control. These aren't obstacles to work around. They're legitimate concerns that reflect real risks.
Based in New York City, Realflow.ai is the SaaS product built on top of the open protocol stack we call Prompt State Protocol (PSP) and our data covenant tagging system called Covenant Definition Language (CDL). You are free to use the standards in your own AI Security practice or use our SaaS to integrate these capabilities into your AI solution yourself.
We built Realflow.ai to make it easy.
What We Do
We provide three core capabilities that enable you to build AI workflows you can confidently deploy at enterprise scale:
Prompt State Protocol (PSP) establishes trust boundaries for your AI agents. Each agent operates within a defined region and cryptographically verifies that instructions remain within that region. Malicious instructions embedded in external data are detected and rejected. The LLM, not the agent, performs the verification.
Covenant Definition Language (CDL) attaches compliance rules directly to your data. Agents declare what they can do. The LLM coordinates between the data's restrictions and the agent's capabilities, ensuring compliance is built into execution rather than layered on top. Compliance travels with your data through transformations and integrations.
Human-in-the-Loop Pause/Resume lets external stakeholders participate in approval workflows without system access. Workflows pause at decision points, generate secure links with optional expiration dates, and resume when external input is received. Complete context is preserved. Full audit trail is maintained.
Why This Matters
PSP and CDL are released as open RFC standards. They work natively on any MCP-compatible system; ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, open-source models, or any future platform that supports MCP. You're never locked into a single vendor or platform. You build your governance once, and it works everywhere.
HITL pause/resume enables workflows that involve external stakeholders without creating access management burdens. You can generate shareable reports, forms, and approval links that expire automatically. You maintain complete visibility of who reviewed what and what decision they made.
Our Background
Realflow.ai is built by founders with deep expertise in enterprise consulting and AI systems. We've spent decades helping organizations navigate the gap between what's technically possible and what's organizationally acceptable. We've seen the same governance barriers block AI adoption across industries and organization types.
These three features directly address those barriers.
What's Next
We're launching with these three capabilities focused on business analysts. This segment has immediate, high-frequency needs for workflow automation combined with governance assurance. As these capabilities mature and expand, they'll power more complex automation across your entire organization.
We're committed to building open standards that the entire AI ecosystem can rely on, not proprietary solutions that lock you in. PSP and CDL work on any MCP platform. Your workflows aren't dependent on us-they're dependent on open standards that we're releasing alongside our hosted implementation.
Start building LLM workflows that are both powerful and trustworthy.
